There are two big trends these days in the wood flooring business – the wooden deckings, that are laid more and more often and distressed wood floorings, that are appreciated because of their rustical esthetic.
Maintainance and care of both for the owner as the craftsman were not even easy: Deckings aere treated with high pressure water jets or chemical agents, both with collalteral effects on the environment and both demanding a lot of time for drying, leaving the surface rough due to the im possibility of sanding the mostly profiled surface. Distressed floorings were even consideed as not to be renovated, once the surface sanded, the structure was losta nd it was not possible to regain her.
Through consequent research and innovation, FG FLOORTEC has invented a method to do both with one and the same equipment. The innovative machines with especially designed brushes with a wave – cut that is patented clean and sand in one step without any water and chemical agent the wood. Dirt, moss and grey layers are thoroughly removed and the surface sanded. The wood can be oiled immadeiately after without any waiting time.
The big surfaces are treated with a strong and performing machine, the edges and corners with the complementary hand devices.
The work progress is impressioning, more han 10 m² in one hour, including oiling.
