Shipment

I. Shipping within Germany: Shipping within mainland Germany is generally free for most of our items. Please note that shipping to German islands is not possible.

Bulky goods surcharge: We ship many of our items free of charge . However, a bulky goods surcharge may apply to particularly large or bulky products. This surcharge is a fixed amount, displayed on the product page, and shown separately during the checkout process. This ensures complete transparency and allows you to accurately calculate your order costs.

II. Shipping outside Germany: Shipping costs to other countries (European Union), e.g., Austria, vary. Please refer to the product description of the respective item for the specific costs.

III. Information - Delivery time

The delivery time begins upon receipt of payment by 1:00 PM and is typically 3 to 4 business days for parcel shipments. For deliveries by freight carrier, the average delivery time is 4 to 7 business days; any deviations will be indicated on the respective product page. Freight deliveries will be arranged with you by phone in advance, therefore a reachable phone number is required when placing your order. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

The items are shipped from the respective manufacturer's warehouse.

Shipping to France, Italy, the Netherlands and Austria : In addition to the stated delivery time, you must allow a maximum of 5 days.

Delivery by freight carrier: Delivery is generally to the curb. For some of our products, we offer an extra service/carrying service for an additional charge.

Different delivery times: For items with different delivery times, we ship the goods in one combined shipment.

Combined shipping: Shipping costs are determined by the item requiring the most packaging.

Partial deliveries : The stated shipping costs apply per order. Partial deliveries are possible for an additional charge.

Delivery delays: In case of delivery delays, we will inform you immediately by email or telephone.
