The Automatic series models feature an automatic carriage stroke of 42 strokes per minute. This is made possible by automatic product guidance resulting from the carriage's steep incline and a powerful motor. The carriage also has a guide rail to secure the product. The textured surface of the food holder further prevents the product from slipping. For delicate products, the models can also be operated manually.
