The PM Duo series mobile plate trolleys, with their two columns, allow for the stacking of a particularly large number of plates in a small space. They are ideal for hotels and catering businesses, for example, for banquets, weddings, etc. Four casters, two of which are lockable, also allow for easy relocation, e.g., from the cold storage room or hot box to later serving. Each column side can be individually adjusted to the respective plate heights using the adjustment screws.
