The three-part cutting set, consisting of a blade, a perforated disc (Ø 70 mm), a stainless steel auger, and a pre-cutter, ensures optimal mincing of the meat. The housing and feed tray are made of rustproof stainless steel. The auger housing, cutting set, and feed tray can be quickly disassembled for easy cleaning.
