The Juwel series models are high-performance professional slicers designed for continuous operation. The cutting thickness is infinitely adjustable from 0 to 15 mm and particularly fine between 0 and 3 mm. The extremely robust, wear-resistant, and fatigue-free piezoelectric switch technology is maintenance-free and guarantees a high number of switching cycles. The sophisticated drive technology, with its air-cooled, maintenance-free motor and extremely quiet operation, is equally impressive.
