The 600M series electric fryers are equipped with temperature control, a safety thermostat, an indicator light, and a fully removable heating element. The thermostat's sensitive design, featuring a thermosphere in the center of the fryer, ensures maximum temperature control with rapid response times to temperature drops. Temperature settings range from 100°C to 180°C. The swiveling heating element allows for easy cleaning.
