The Baron Snack 650 series gas griddle plates are equipped with piezo ignition, a pilot light, a thermocouple, and a safety thermostat. The temperature range of the steel gas griddle plate is 120°C to 280°C. The plates feature a splash guard rim to ensure thorough cleaning and hygiene. The cooking surface is slightly inclined to direct sauces, fats, and dressings into the designated drip trays.
Included in the delivery are a spatula and a hygienic splash guard.
These griddle plates comply with the current MOCA standard according to Framework Regulation 1935/2004.
