AfG Kochtechnik's ceramic cookers have cooking surfaces made of highly breakable material,
Waterproof glass-ceramic with a thickness of 6 mm. Each zone delivers a power output of 2.5 kW and is marked by screen printing. The temperature is set between 70 °C and 450 °C via a thermostat.
The device has indicator lights to show when the heating is activated and when residual heat is present.
The removable front panel ensures easy access for servicing.
The height-adjustable feet (80 mm) ensure stability. The clamping system provides a hygienic connection between the devices.
