The AfG Kochtechnik series electric griddle plates are equipped with thermal control and a safety thermostat.
The temperature range of the electric hot plates is 0 °C - 300 °C. The plates have a splash guard rim to ensure perfect cleaning and hygiene.
The cooking surface is slightly inclined to direct sauces, fats and dressings into the appropriate collection tray.
The height-adjustable feet (80 mm) ensure stability. The clamping system provides a hygienic connection between the devices.
Included in the delivery are a spatula and a hygienic splash guard.
