AfG Kochtechnik's ceramic cookers have cooking surfaces made of highly breakable material,
Waterproof glass-ceramic with a thickness of 6 mm. The individual zones each provide a power output of 2.5 kW and are marked by screen printing.
The temperature is set from 70 °C to 450 °C via a thermostat.
The device has indicator lights to show when the heating is activated and when residual heat is present.
The removable front panel ensures easy access for servicing.
The height-adjustable feet (80 mm) ensure a stable stand.
The connection of the devices using clamping bars ensures a hygienic connection between the devices.
