The oven cavity of Baron ovens is heat-insulated and equipped with three anti-tip guides. The ergonomic, heat-insulated handle extends the entire length of the oven. Electric model: Stainless steel heating element with independent control for top and bottom heat in the oven cavity. Thermostatic temperature monitoring in the oven cavity from 50°C to 300°C. Gas model: The oven cavity has a radiant base made of thick cast iron for efficient heat distribution. The door and counter-door are made of stainless steel, perfectly insulated, and mounted on robust, self-leveling hinges.
