The 900Q series bain-maries are ideal for keeping food warm at temperatures below 100°C. The gas version features burners with a pilot light and piezo ignition. The electric models are heated by armored heating elements located outside the bain-maries. The removable front panel allows for easy access for servicing, while the curved design and ergonomically angled knobs minimize dirt accumulation. The 900Q series units are manufactured to be IPX5 splash-proof.
