The base unit has one door, with a GN 1/1-150 container and handles.
The Vario roasters of the 700Q series are the perfect combination appliances for roasting, cooking, and keeping food warm. The stainless steel pan with rounded corners allows for easy cleaning. Drainage is via a large drain (with plug) into the GN 1/1 drip tray. Heating is electric, ranging from 50°C to 300°C. The appliance is equipped with a safety thermostat and an indicator light. The removable front panel provides easy access for servicing, while the curved shape and ergonomically angled knobs reduce the accumulation of food residue.
