The 900Q series pasta cookers are highly versatile appliances for cooking pasta, rice, gnocchi, filled pasta, as well as vegetables and root vegetables in water under optimal working conditions and with minimal staffing requirements. The extra-large, one-piece molded bowl with rounded inner corners is easy to clean. The large bowl also minimizes foaming. Gas-heated models feature a pressure switch in the bowl to prevent dry running, a burner with a stabilized flame, and piezo ignition for the pilot burner. The removable front panel allows for easy access for servicing, while the curved design and ergonomically angled knobs reduce dirt accumulation. The knobs on the 900Q series are IPX5 splash-proof. Baskets are not included and must be ordered separately.
