The AfG pizza refrigerated worktable is made of stainless steel inside and out with 60 mm of foam insulation. The monoblock unit allows it to maintain a temperature range of 0 °C to 10 °C at an ambient temperature of 42 °C. The granite worktop has a raised edge on three sides.
