The AfG pizza refrigerated counter is made of stainless steel inside and out with 60 mm of foam insulation. The monoblock unit allows it to maintain a temperature range of 4°C to 10°C at an ambient temperature of 30°C. Defrosting and condensate evaporation are automatic.
