Ice cube production using a spray system
The horizontal evaporator consists of downward-facing, cone-shaped copper bowls. Water is pressurized by a pump and sprayed against the evaporator through nozzles. Ice forms inside the bowls, which is melted at the end of the production cycle by briefly heating the bowls and then transferred to the storage container.
Fresh water connection
The ice cube machine requires a fresh water connection. A 2.0 meter long hose is included, which can be connected to a G 3/4″ tap.
Wastewater connection
Meltwater from the ice cubes accumulates in the insulated storage chamber during operation. To allow this to drain, the ice cube machine must be connected to the wastewater system. A 2.0-meter-long drain hose is included. This hose must have a minimum gradient of...
