Ice cube production in a paddle system
The paddle production system with finger evaporator is an ideal solution even for particularly hard water with high calcium content. At the end of the production cycle, the cubes are released from the molds by briefly heating them and transferred to the storage container.
The hollow cube has a larger cooling surface and is therefore particularly suitable for quickly chilling drinks for immediate consumption. Its hollow shape also makes it easy to crush, making it ideal for use in many types of cocktails.
Fresh water connection
The ice cube machine requires a fresh water connection. A 2.0 meter long hose is included, which can be connected to a G 3/4″ tap.
