The new high-performance EVO-Touch fryer is designed for the highest demands. Thanks to the 7" touchscreen display, selecting frying programs is simple and intuitive. Users can choose from preset and tried-and-tested recipes and can also save their own. An automatic oil filtration system is also available. This system pumps out the dirty oil, filters it, and pumps the filtered oil back into the tank. Furthermore, there is a version with an automatic basket lift system. Once the selected program has finished, the basket is lifted out of the oil and a signal sounds. The EVO-Touch EFL version features both the automatic oil filtration system and the automatic basket lift system. The 900Q series fryers are manufactured to be IPX5 splash-proof.
