Baron 900Q series electric fryers are ideal for frying large quantities. Thanks to the generously sized "cold zone," the fryer saves energy and oil, and makes cleaning easier. The top plate is made of thick, pressed stainless steel, and the heating elements can be swung upwards out of the pan for easy cleaning. The removable front panel provides convenient access for servicing, while the curved design and ergonomically angled knobs reduce dirt buildup. The new knob prevents the ingress of dirt and moisture (IPX5).
