The 900Q series gas fryers are ideal for frying large quantities. Thanks to the generously sized "cold zone," the fryer saves energy and oil, as well as time during cleaning. The top plate is pressed from a thick stainless steel sheet, and the torch burners are located outside the frying pan and ignited by spark ignition. The new removable front panel provides easy access for servicing, while the curved design and handrail ensure optimal user-friendliness. The new control knob prevents the ingress of dirt and moisture (IPX5).
