Baron 700Q series electric fryers with electronic controls are ideal for frying large quantities. The generously sized cold zone ensures energy and oil savings, as well as easy cleaning. The temperature is adjustable in 1°C increments. The top plate is made of thick, pressed stainless steel. The armored stainless steel heating elements can be fully swung out for cleaning. The removable front panel provides easy access for servicing, while the curved design and ergonomically angled knobs reduce dirt buildup. This hygienic model features a swing-out heating element. The base unit, with a door, houses the grease collection container with a filter system.
