Baron 700Q series electric fryers are ideal for frying large quantities. The generously sized cold zone ensures energy and oil savings, as well as easy cleaning. The top plate is pressed from a thick stainless steel sheet. The armored stainless steel heating elements can be completely swung out for cleaning. The removable front panel provides easy access for servicing, while the curved design and ergonomically angled knobs reduce dirt buildup. The base includes an oil collection tank with a filter system.
