Baron 700Q series gas griddle plates are ideal for cooking large quantities at a consistent temperature. The gas models feature a gas burner with piezo ignition and a temperature range of 200°C to 400°C. The hard-chrome-plated models are equipped with a thermostatic valve for temperature control between 100°C and 280°C. The removable front panel allows for easy access for servicing, while the curved design and ergonomically angled knobs minimize dirt buildup.
