Baron 700Q series electric griddle plates are ideal for cooking large quantities at a consistent temperature. The electric models feature armored stainless steel heating elements with increased power. The hard-chrome-plated models are equipped with a thermostatic valve for temperature control from 100°C to 280°C. The removable front panel allows for easy access for servicing, while the curved design and ergonomically angled knobs minimize food residue buildup.
