SUPRA - The NEW Baron Griddle Plates (Electric) of the 900Q series.
The surrounding drainage channel ensures complete collection of cooking residue. It can also be filled with water, providing thermal separation and thus increasing safety in the kitchen. Another advantage of the water-filled drainage channel is the natural convection movement of the evaporating water. This evaporated air forms a vapor barrier, helping to retain the juiciness of the food.
The electric models feature armored stainless steel heating elements with increased output. The hard-chrome-plated models are equipped with a thermostatic valve for temperature control in the range of 100 °C to 280 °C. The removable front panel ensures easy access for servicing, while the curved shape and ergonomically angled knobs reduce dirt accumulation.
