The electric slicer for professional use. The German slicer is ideal for slicing meat, sausages, and cheese. The stop plate is made of aluminum with a soft-grip surface for smoother gliding. It features an integrated sharpening device to ensure the blade is properly sharpened.
The blade cover, cutting plate, food holder, scraper and carriage can be removed for quick and easy cleaning.
