These grease separators, designed for freestanding installation in frost-protected areas, are ideal for use in smaller commercial kitchens, mobile dishwashing units, snack bars, kiosks, and other small food service establishments. This compact grease separator, compliant with DIN 4040-1, is made of 2 mm thick 1.4301 stainless steel and suitable for mobile dishwashing applications (5 liters per wash cycle with a minimum wash time of 1 minute). It features DN 50 inlet and outlet connections and includes a 1/2" ball valve for emptying the container.
