The NTG101 heating cabinet features a sealed, enclosed chamber with rounded corners for easy cleaning, complete insulation with rock or glass wool, stainless steel drawer runners, food-grade seals, and is highly heat-resistant, easy to clean, and extremely robust. The cabinet is heated statically by low-power resistance wires that completely surround it. An electronic version with a programmer allows for adjusting the temperature as needed.
