Baron 900Q series cooking kettles are all indirectly heated. Water is supplied via a solenoid valve and drained via a 2" drain tap. A control light indicates the water level within the double wall. The electric models are heated by armored heating elements inside the double wall. In the gas models, the burners are located below the bottom of the kettle. The 900Q series kettles are manufactured to be IPX5 splash-proof. Pressure cooking kettles are available upon request.
