Professional programmable combi steamers for the catering industry with GN pan lengthwise insertion. The cooking chamber, made of 18/10 stainless steel, has rounded inner edges for easy cleaning. The units feature direct steam generation with adjustable steam output. They also include a core temperature probe, Delta-T low-temperature cooking, and a Cook & Hold function. The integrated self-cleaning system with tablets significantly reduces cleaning effort. The door has a double-glazed pane; the inner pane pivots on hinges for easy cleaning. A right-hand door hinge is available upon request for an additional charge (must be specified when ordering).
