Baron 900Q series gas cookers feature a central, high-performance burner. In the center (with a removable center panel), temperatures of up to 500°C can be achieved. The temperature decreases towards the outer edges, making these areas ideal for slow cooking and keeping food warm. The gas models consist of a polished cast iron cooktop with a gas burner featuring piezo ignition. The removable front panel ensures easy access for servicing. The curved design and ergonomically angled knobs reduce dirt accumulation. The 900Q series appliances are IPX5 splash-proof. The models with an electric oven have stainless steel heating elements at the top and bottom of the oven chamber. The oven cavity of the gas oven is heat-insulated. The oven cavity has a thick cast iron radiant base for efficient heat distribution. The doors are made of stainless steel and mounted on self-leveling hinges.
