The 700Q series gas hobs feature a central, high-performance burner. Temperatures of up to 500°C are achieved in the center (with a removable center panel). The temperature decreases towards the outer edges, making these areas ideal for slow cooking and keeping food warm. The gas models consist of a polished cast iron hob with a gas burner featuring piezo ignition. The removable front panel ensures easy access for servicing, while the curved design and ergonomically angled knobs minimize dirt accumulation.
