The Highlander E is a professional grill with one infrared emitter that delivers heat in the same spectrum and with the same power as conventional charcoal grills. It features a height-adjustable grill rack to adapt to different portion sizes and cooking times. A potentiometer regulates the infrared radiation intensity. Ready to use in minutes, it requires no lengthy preheating, optimizing both time and energy consumption.
