Experience a whole new dimension in home fitness with the ECO 2000 cross trainer ergometer. Because here, you are your own energy source. Thanks to its self-generated power, it operates entirely without external electricity and also outputs the stored power via an integrated USB port (e.g., for charging your smartphone or tablet during your workout).
On-site power generation using generator technology (no power supply, no battery required)
Location independent
Ecologically
Energy storage
In addition to the usual cross trainer ergometer functions, the ECO 2000 features a generator that independently produces electricity to operate the device and also provides charging power. Smartphones or tablets, for example, can be charged via the integrated power storage and USB port. Training with the ECO 2000 thus combines environmentally friendly and health-conscious behavior.
The ECO 2000 is equipped with a wear-free, approximately 10 kg magnetic braking system and a whisper-quiet flat belt drive, enabling quiet training with excellent smoothness. The pedal resistance is precisely and finely adjustable via the 24-level computer-controlled resistance system.
The computer with its backlit LED display shows seven key values at a glance. It's easy to read and simple to use thanks to its clearly arranged buttons. Individual training goals can be achieved by selecting from a variety of programs. A varied workout is just as easy to accomplish with the 12 pre-programmed programs as it is with the four heart rate-controlled programs, which offer different intensity levels. Five user-defined programs allow you to create your own custom workouts, and the speed-independent watt program enables targeted, consistent training at any cadence. After your workout, the fitness test function assesses your performance using a grading system.
The hand pulse sensors are integrated into the handlebars and can be used to monitor your heart rate during training. Optionally, heart rate training using a wireless heart rate monitor is possible, as the computer has a built-in receiver for uncoded heart rate monitors with a transmission frequency of 5.0–5.5 kHz.
The three-way adjustable, non-slip footplates ensure a stable foot position while pedaling. Furthermore, depending on the footplate position, you achieve a more or less vigorous pedaling motion and can select the distance to the handles. The front transport wheels allow for easy relocation, and the height-adjustable feet ensure the device stands securely.
Furthermore, the ECO 2000 is equipped with the Kinomap function. This allows for entertaining and interactive training and the saving of training data using Android or iOS devices.
After the test phase, the Kinomap app can be purchased via a paid monthly subscription.
The combination of treadmill, exercise bike, and stepper, along with the elliptical forward and backward motion and ergonomically optimized handlebars, ensures a particularly joint-friendly workout for the leg, gluteal, hip, thigh, and arm muscles. The cross trainer enables targeted cardiovascular or endurance training with added enjoyment thanks to its own electrical stimulation. This can lead to improved metabolism, strengthened arm and leg muscles, and thus an overall improvement in fitness.

Thoughtful details
The ECO 2000's transport wheels not only make it easy to move the machine, but also allow you to train anywhere, even without a power outlet. The non-slip footplates ensure a stable foot position and a comfortable stride. For optimal training, they can be adjusted to three different positions.
Full body workout with the cross trainer – effective, gentle and ideal for home use
The cross trainer is one of the most versatile training devices for home use. Its smooth, guided movement not only improves your endurance and coordination, but also specifically strengthens numerous muscle groups – all while being particularly gentle on your joints.
These muscle groups benefit from cross-training
The cross trainer primarily works the leg muscles: thighs, calves, and glutes do most of the work during the elliptical pedaling motion. At the same time, the core is activated – abdominal and back muscles stabilize the upper body and promote healthy posture. A particular advantage: the movable arm bars ensure that the upper body muscles are also engaged. Arms, shoulders, and chest muscles are dynamically involved – creating a true full-body workout in which the upper and lower body work in harmony.
Joint-friendly training – for every fitness level
Unlike jogging or step training, a cross trainer avoids hard impact movements. This makes it ideal for beginners, people with joint problems, or anyone looking for an effective yet gentle workout at home.
