The sturdy EL 8000 cross trainer ergometer is equipped with a wear-free, approximately 12 kg induction braking system and a whisper-quiet flat belt drive. This enables quiet training with excellent smoothness. The pedal resistance can be conveniently adjusted in precise increments using the 32-level, computer-controlled resistance setting.
The computer with its backlit LCD display provides all relevant data at a glance. It is easy to read and simple to operate with just a few taps. Individual training goals can be achieved by selecting from various programs. The computer also features a holder for a tablet or smartphone. Varied training is just as easy to implement using the 12 pre-programmed resistance levels as it is with the 5 heart rate programs. With the customizable training programs, you can create your own training profiles, and the speed-independent watt program enables targeted, consistent resistance training at any cadence. The fitness test function evaluates your training performance after each workout using a simple grading system, and the body fat analysis provides your FAT percentage and suggests a training program.
The hand pulse sensors are integrated into the movable handles and can be used to monitor your heart rate during training. A corresponding Bluetooth receiver is already integrated into the computer for use with the optional Bluetooth heart rate monitor strap.
Non-slip footplates ensure a stable foot position during training. The front transport wheels allow for easy relocation, and the height-adjustable feet guarantee a secure stand for the cross trainer.
To support you digitally, the EL 8000 is compatible with the Kinomap app. The Kinomap app allows you to train in an entertaining and interactive way on Android or iOS devices and save your training data. After the trial period, the Kinomap app can be purchased as a monthly subscription.
The combination of treadmill, exercise bike and stepper, as well as the elliptical movement forwards and backwards, with ergonomically optimized handlebars, ensures a particularly joint-friendly training of the leg, gluteal, hip, thigh and arm muscles.
