The sturdy BT 4 exercise bike is equipped with a wear-free, approximately 7 kg magnetic braking system and a whisper-quiet flat belt drive for quiet training with smooth operation. The pedal resistance is conveniently adjustable in 24 levels using the resistance control. The user-friendly soft-touch computer, including a tablet and smartphone holder, features an LCD display divided into 6 windows, allowing you to view a wide range of data at a glance. It is easy to operate with a simple touch of the buttons.
Individual training goals can be achieved by selecting from the various programs. A varied workout using the 10 pre-programmed programs is just as easy to implement as pulse-monitored heart rate training with the different intensity levels. The 5 user-defined training programs allow you to create your own custom workouts. The fitness test function assesses your training performance after each workout using a grading system. The hand pulse sensors are integrated into the handlebars and can be used to monitor your heart rate during training. The saddle is adjustable vertically via a quick-release mechanism and also horizontally, allowing you to select a comfortable, personalized training position. The non-slip pedals with separate pedal straps ensure a stable foot position while pedaling. The front transport wheels allow for easy relocation, and the height-adjustable rear feet ensure the machine stands securely.
Ergometer training with the BT 4 ergometer means: weather-independent cycling training with performance monitoring for physical fitness, as well as targeted cardiovascular or endurance training with heart rate monitoring. This can lead to improved metabolism, strengthened leg muscles, and thus an overall improvement in fitness.

Leg muscles fully in focus
Training with the BT 4 ergometer primarily targets and trains the muscle groups in the thighs, calves, and glutes. These areas do the bulk of the work during the pedaling motion and directly benefit from regular use of the machine. Simultaneously, the core muscles are also activated, especially the abdominal and back muscles, as these stabilize the upper body and ensure an upright posture. The less you lean on the handlebars during training, the more your core engages. While the arms and shoulders are slightly involved in holding the handlebars, they are not the primary focus. Overall, the BT 4 ergometer offers an effective workout for the lower body and additionally strengthens the stabilizing muscles in the upper body – especially during longer sessions or with varying loads.
