The compact muscle car is now even better.
To our knowledge, there's no other compact trailer with such a high lifting capacity and such a tight turning circle that's road-legal for this price. By revising the axle geometry, we've achieved several significant improvements in one step.
Even smaller turning circle, with greater driving stability and the same vehicle dimensions. Less tendency to rock at full throttle. The unit is significantly lighter yet has a higher lifting capacity. The improved payload weight also reduces fuel consumption. Despite the lower weight, the shear forces required to tear or pick up bulk material have remained just as high. We have now redesigned all hydraulic connections to withstand the higher pressures. With the steering now operating on both sides, the steering behavior is now symmetrical and greater forces can be transmitted when steering. The new steering system was developed in-house and we have also patented its implementation of the design. As a result, there was no longer any way for us to avoid using the stronger and heavier pallet forks for payloads over 3 tons. The unit now has a dead weight of 4,200 kg when fueled and can lift over 3,250 kg. However, since the reinforced version of the pallet fork now weighs 250 kg alone, the usable lifting capacity of the pallet fork is reduced when the center of gravity is at S=600 mm from the fork frame. When entering pallets sideways and when the load is distributed across the bucket, the lifting capacity is significantly higher.
