Our exclusive Icon barrel sauna series offers plenty of space and headroom for sauna bathing due to its square shape, yet it retains the look and characteristics of a sauna barrel thanks to its rounded edges. You can choose between a wood-burning or electric stove. Due to its compact dimensions, this barrel sauna is perfect for small gardens.

Properties and production of thermowood:
During thermowood treatment, the wood is heated to temperatures between 180 and 230° Celsius, excluding oxygen. This significantly reduces the wood's ability to absorb water, and wood-destroying fungi and bacteria lose their food source. This increases the wood's durability. All wooden parts of the barrel sauna (except door frames, window frames, roof panels, and foundation beams) are supplied in Nordic thermowood.

The thermowood treatment gives the wood a uniform brown tone, which, like all other woods, will turn gray under UV radiation. Therefore, we recommend treating the wood with a wood preservative glaze anyway.
How is a barrel sauna delivered?
You have the choice of ordering our barrel saunas as a kit for self-assembly or already pre-assembled ex works.
Both options are delivered with a 40-ton truck with a forklift. Unloading takes place on-site at the curb.
Please note that we cannot transport an already assembled sauna into your garden.
We therefore recommend arranging a crane or wheel loader for further transport into your garden.
