Our exclusive Pod Sauna Luxe series offers ample space and headroom for sauna bathing due to its square design, while maintaining the appearance and characteristics of a barrel sauna thanks to its rounded shape. For wood treatment, you can choose between natural and thermo-treated wood.

Properties and production of thermo-treated wood:
During thermo-wood treatment, the wood is heated to temperatures between 180 and 230° Celsius in the absence of oxygen. This significantly reduces the wood's ability to absorb water, thus depriving wood-degrading fungi and bacteria of their food source. This increases the durability of the wood.

Thermo-wood treatment gives the wood a uniform, brown color, which, like all other woods, will gray under UV radiation. We therefore recommend treating the wood with a wood preservative stain nonetheless.

How is a barrel sauna delivered?
You have the choice of ordering our barrel saunas as a self-assembly kit or already pre-assembled ex-works.
For both options, delivery is made by a 40-ton truck with a forklift. Unloading takes place on-site at the curbside.
Please note that for an already assembled sauna, we cannot undertake transport into your garden.
We therefore recommend that you arrange for a crane or wheel loader for further transport into your garden.
