How does it work?
How to use your Flair IBIZA
Place the Flair SKY in your desired location, fill it with water from a garden hose, plug it in, turn on the cooler, and after it draws in water, it begins cooling. The water is filtered and purified by ozone treatment. The water temperature ranges from 3°C to 42°C.
How long should you stay in cold water?
Cold water therapy works best with the right combination of time and temperature. For example, if you're in 10°C water, we recommend staying in it for no longer than 10 minutes.
Examples of temperature-time relationships:
1°C = 1 minute
3°C = 3 minutes
5°C = 5 minutes
10°C = 10 minutes
Remember to turn off the ice bath while in use.
