GUIL ELC-640 - Compact telescopic lift with winch (max. working height 5.20m | max. load capacity 250kg | foldable)
The GUIL ELC-640 is a compact telescopic material hoist for lifting loads of up to 250 kg and a total height of max. 5.20 meters.
The user-friendly & compact design with foldable and adjustable base (umbrella style) makes the GUIL ELC-640 Lift the ideal addition for any type of lifting tasks that need to be carried out indoors or outdoors.
The GUIL ELC-640 is equipped with two safety systems that guarantee maximum reliability and durability:
- The lift is equipped with a hand winch with an automatic braking system. The Auto-Block system ensures that the load remains in position when the handle is released.

Lifting process:
For a quick, safe and effortless lifting operation, the ELC-640 Lift is equipped with an AL-KO CF900 COMPACT hand winch with an automatic braking system, which stops the load at the desired height when the handle is released.
Approved for a maximum load of 900 kg, which guarantees maximum safety and reliability.
Mast sections:
The telescopic lift consists of four telescopic sections made of steel (S235 JRH | DIN EN 10219-1: 2006), which are provided with a structured black powder coating, which has a special scratch resistance.
Together with the fact that all components are made of stainless material, the lift is suitable for outdoor use and guarantees maximum corrosion resistance.
These robust sections are lifted with a non-rotating steel wire rope (diameter 5 mm with galvanized steel core | composition 19 x 7 + 0), which was specially manufactured for lifting heavy loads (DIN 3069).
The mast parts are secured with a safety bolt.
These locking bolts are an important element for locking or unlocking the mast sections at the desired height during use.
Stand:
The compact base (42 x 42 cm) with corridor and single door access is equipped with four heavy-duty castors (Ø 100 mm) for easy handling and positioning.
The four folding legs are equipped with magnetic locking screws so that they do not get lost so easily.
In addition, the lift is delivered with adjustable reinforcement struts to ensure correct alignment.
Transport:
The lift has a compact and lightweight design for easy handling, transport and storage.
This means a technician can easily transport and use the ELC-640, saving time and increasing productivity.
