The user-friendly compact design and high stability make the ULK lift an ideal addition to any type of event.
The ULK-600XL lifting towers are equipped with removable steel forks (650 x 60 x 60 mm) and have a loading height of 30 cm above the ground, making loading effortless.
The forks have been specially designed so that you can set them to two different heights, gaining even more height when fully extended.
In addition, 2 width positions are adjustable to adapt to all truss types.
Details and components that make the difference:
- Reinforced aluminum profiles (EN-AW 6082 T6) and specially galvanized non-rotating steel wire rope with steel core (6mm diameter | composition 7 x 19 + 0)
- The mast sections are attached to the base with a U-shaped steel plate that is larger and thicker than most other manufacturers
- Made of reinforced aluminum mast parts with a ball-bearing pulley and a non-rotating steel wire rope
- Self-braking winch with 2 removable handles (complies with CE Machinery Directives)
- Equipped with 4 stabilizing struts for more stability when lifting

The lifting tower consists of reinforced aluminum mast sections (alloy: EN-AW 6082 T6).
These robust sections are lifted with a non-rotating steel wire rope (diameter 6 mm with galvanized steel core | composition 19 x 7 + 0), which was specially manufactured for lifting heavy loads (DIN 3060).
All pulleys and the pulley cable guide are fitted with metal protective plates to prevent damage during handling of the elevator and to prevent the wire rope from escaping from the pulleys.
This ULK lift comes standard with removable steel forks (650 x 60 x 60 mm) and magnetic locking pins for quick setup.
The forks have three basic properties:
- Special reversible design so that two different heights can be set to gain more height
- The forks can be removed for convenient transport and storage of the forklift
- Adjustable design to accommodate different load sizes
Compact base plate (540 x 760 mm), made of sturdy steel and finished with a textured black powder coating specifically for outdoor use.
The base is equipped with:
- 4x heavy-duty swivel castors (diameter 100 mm) for easy handling
- 2x wheels (diameter 200 mm) used to return the forklift to the horizontal position
- 2x Mast steel struts for more stability during lifting and to protect the aluminum mast parts when the lift is moved horizontally
- The stable base is specially designed so that these lifts can be used with forklifts
