This high-performance profile and tube bending machine is designed for precise bending work in professional applications . The bending radius can be precisely set using the top-mounted feed device with vernier scale , ensuring reproducible results and high dimensional accuracy.
Thanks to universal rollers, numerous different profile geometries can be bent – ideal for pipes, profiles, and flat materials. The laterally ground and hardened straightening rollers and bending rollers made of durable, hardened steel ensure high load capacity and a long service life.
The machine's very high weight ensures maximum stability, even during demanding bending operations. The foot pedal with forward/reverse rotation allows for comfortable, controlled operation, while the constant shaft speed of 9.3 rpm guarantees a smooth bending process.
