The burner temperature can be adjusted in six stages between 90 and 450°C. The range is also equipped with a safety switch to prevent overheating. The lid is seamlessly welded, preventing food residue from accumulating in the corners. This professional range integrates perfectly into any kitchen layout.
Electric oven with grill
The oven in this professional kitchen has a removable 53 x 34 cm rack. Many professional kitchens use Gastronorm trays, and this oven can accommodate 1/1 GN trays. A heating element is located above and behind the oven cavity. The turbo fan ensures efficient hot air circulation. The oven cavity is made of stainless steel and includes three tray guides. The oven door is made of stainless steel, is 4 cm thick, and features an ergonomic handle. This oven and cooker is also suitable as a base unit for the 600 series.
Easy to clean
The oven temperature can be set between 50 and 300°C. Because the stove is made of stainless steel, it is easy to clean. Ensure the appliance is completely switched off and wipe all smooth surfaces with a damp cloth, warm water, and soapy water. The cast iron cooktop plates can be cleaned with a sponge. The stove operates on three-phase power.
