The great advantage of this electric oven is its seamless integration with other appliances in the 600 cookline series. The oven can serve as the foundation for this range, allowing you to incorporate it into a cooktop system that includes, for example, a four-burner hob. This professional-grade oven heats, bakes, and roasts the most delicious dishes. You can prepare oven-baked dishes, bread, cakes and pastries, as well as meat and fish dishes, potatoes, and vegetables.
For use with GN trays
The temperature of this professional oven can be set between 50 and 300°C. Inside, there is a heating element at both the top and the back. The oven also features a turbo fan that ensures even distribution of hot air. For excellent insulation, the oven is equipped with a thick 4 cm stainless steel door. The oven cavity is made entirely of stainless steel and has three rack positions for baking trays. A 53 x 34 cm shelf is included as standard. This oven can be used with 1/1 GN pans.

This professional oven is suitable for intensive daily use in any kitchen. Made of stainless steel, it is easy to clean. Ensure the appliance is completely switched off and wipe all smooth surfaces with a damp cloth, warm water, and soapy water. The exterior can also be quickly cleaned with a damp cloth. To avoid streaks, dry everything with a soft cloth.
