Cutting straight, thin slices by hand is difficult. With this professional electric meat slicer, you can cut perfectly uniform slices not only of meat but also of other items. The blade that comes standard with the device is only suitable for slicing meat. However, if you want to slice other things as well, we offer additional accessories such as a Teflon-coated blade for slicing cheese and a serrated blade for slicing bread. Slicing with this versatile kitchen appliance is easy and quiet. The hardened stainless steel blade has a diameter of 22 cm, and you can adjust the cutting thickness between 1 and 12 mm per slice. This ensures that sausage, ham, salami, or other types of meat are always sliced to the same thickness.
Safely cutting meat
This robust meat slicer makes slicing quick and safe. Its design keeps your hands away from the blade, and the motor features a built-in safety mechanism. The angled blade ensures even and fast cutting. The slicer also comes with a blade sharpening attachment. Regular sharpening further enhances safety. Simply rotate the attachment to guide the blade along the sharpening stones. After sharpening, thoroughly clean the slicer to prevent fine particles from the sharpening stones from contaminating your food.
Easy to use
The on/off switch is located on the side of the meat slicer. You can operate the handle with one hand, allowing you to catch the meat with the other. For good hygiene, always wear gloves while slicing. The slicer should be cleaned and disinfected after each use. Detach the cutting board and wash it, along with the blade, in soapy water with a mild detergent. Clean the housing with a damp sponge and dish soap. Then rinse everything with water and allow it to dry before using it again. Thanks to the four rubber feet, the slicer remains firmly in place during use.
