This ensures that sausage, ham, salami, or other meat slices are always cut to the same thickness.

Some meats are best sliced thickly, while ham or carpaccio, for example, are best sliced thinly. Therefore, you can adjust the cutting thickness on this slicer precisely to the width you require. A blade can become dull with frequent use, so this slicer includes a sharpening attachment. Simply turn the attachment, and the blades will pass through the sharpening stones, restoring their sharpness.
