Description: Gastro Bakery Freezer
This high-performance freezer with a gross freezing capacity of 800 liters is a valuable addition to any bakery. Inside, you'll find space for 10 height-adjustable shelves measuring 60 x 40 cm. It comes standard with 10 shelf rails that accommodate these 60 x 40 cm shelves. The capacity can also be doubled to 60 x 80 cm. These shelves are not included but can be ordered separately from our webshop. This professional freezer features a self-closing door with an antibacterial rubber seal. It is also equipped with a lock and two keys. For easy visibility of the products stored inside, the interior is illuminated with LED lighting.
User-friendly controls
Setting the temperature in the freezer is incredibly easy thanks to the digital thermostat. You can adjust the temperature within a range of -10 to -20 °C. Furthermore, the freezer features a special cooling cycle that reduces ice buildup. The ventilated cooling system includes an evaporator, and the refrigerant used is R290, which is CFC-free. The maximum ambient temperature at which this freezer operates optimally is 43 °C. Finally, the freezer is equipped with four wheels (two of which have brakes) for easy movement when needed.
Easy to clean
Both the interior and exterior of this professional freezer are made of stainless steel, making it very easy to clean. Before you begin, the freezer must first be defrosted. Unplug it and remove all components. To speed up the defrosting process, you can remove the ice with a plastic ice scraper. Wipe the inside and outside with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Then dry everything with a soft cloth before switching the freezer back on.
